Leading From the Heart

Authentic leadership doesn't require a translation; it requires a connection. Today, while signing copies of my new book at the Barnes & Noble Flagship on 5th Avenue in New York City, I had a powerful, spontaneous encounter that reminded me why this work is universally critical.

Authentic leadership doesn't require a translation; it requires a connection. Today, while signing copies of my new book at the Barnes & Noble Flagship on 5th Avenue in New York City, I had a powerful, spontaneous encounter that reminded me why this work is universally critical.

In the middle of a busy, fast-moving environment, a genuine human moment cut through the noise and brought everything into focus. It reinforced what I know to be true.

People are moved by presence not perfection and connection is the standard, not a strategy.

I met a formidable executive coach and leader from Korea. As we discussed the Executive Decision Architecture and behavioral neuroscience frameworks found in "Leading From the Heart," the resonance was immediate. What started as a simple book signing ended with a formal invitation for me to bring my methodologies to Korea to help their leaders reimagine the possibilities of human capital.

This is the "why" behind the work. Whether I’m in the heart of Manhattan or preparing for an international journey, the goal remains the same: to provide the evidence-based tools that allow leaders to master emotional regulation and ethical intelligence.
